Original Prusa CORE One+ 3D-Printer Assembled

(0 Bewertungen)

The Prusa CORE One+ is a fully enclosed CoreXY 3D printer with active temperature control—designed for high print speed, excellent dimensional accuracy, and stable results across a wide range of 3D printing materials. With a 250 × 220 × 270 mm build volume, it combines a compact footprint with a highly practical print capacity for prototyping, small-batch parts, and durable functional components—ideal as an output stage in workflows involving 3D scanning and CAD. The CORE One+ follows a “built to last” philosophy: robust components, a service-friendly design, and a maintenance concept aligned with the Right to Repair—for reliable 3D printing over the long term. The enclosed chamber reaches up to 55 °C and is actively regulated—crucial for technical 3D printing materials such as ASA, ABS, PC or PA/Nylon. The compact chamber design heats up quickly and reduces warping. Automatic ventilation opens for PLA/PETG and closes for high-temperature filaments to maintain a stable thermal environment. Unbox, calibrate once, print: the CORE One+ is built for fast commissioning. Firmware, workflow, and print profiles are tuned to deliver reproducible results from the first print—without unnecessary setup loops. The Nextruder with 360° part cooling enables flawless 75° overhangs and saves material because fewer supports are needed. Add to that excellent dimensional accuracy (“what you design is what you print”)—important for fits, assembly aids, and function-critical parts. The CORE One+ is also designed for stable production workflows: in the Prusa print farm it is tested under heavy load—with a stated 98 % reliability, so that nearly every print succeeds without rework. Thanks to CoreXY kinematics, Input Shaper, and a high-flow setup, the CORE One+ prints fast—without requiring special high-flow “speed filaments”. That matters in real-world use when you work with changing 3D printing materials: PLA, PETG, and engineering-grade materials run efficiently without trading quality for time. The CORE One+ is the next evolution of the CORE One: it combines hardware optimizations (from the CORE One L) with all software and firmware updates released since the launch of the CORE One. The result: a smoother workflow, optimized print profiles, and noticeably more stable performance right out of the box. As a platform, the CORE One+ is prepared for upgrades: INDX (toolchanging) enables quick switching between multiple materials/colors. According to the manufacturer, Phase 1 orders start in Q1 2026. MMU3 supports multi-material printing with up to five filaments through a single nozzle. With the HT hotend upgrade, the temperature capability can be extended to up to 400 °C—relevant for high-performance 3D printing materials and technical applications. The CORE One+ is a reliable output printer for scan-based applications: capture with 3D scanning, refine in CAD, then print functional prototypes or end-use parts. The temperature-controlled chamber helps achieve stable results with engineering filaments—crucial for fit checks, assembly gauges, fixtures, brackets, and enclosures. For anyone looking for an enclosed, service-friendly 3D printer with high process reliability—from workshop and R&D to small production. Especially strong when demanding 3D printing materials are used regularly and results must be consistent and repeatable.
